Closing and venting pressure measurement instruments For aggressive gaseous and liquid media that are not highly viscous or crystallizing, even in aggressive environmentsPressure 414 bar (6000 Psi) Material 316 L STAINLESS STEEL Waterproofing PTFE Connection 1 Inlet - 1/2" NPT female Assembly The manifold is mounted directly on the transmitter.
All tests and manufacturing operations are carried out with the manifold mounted:
- Pressure and leak test at 1.5 x static pressure for differential pressure
for differential pressure transmitters, and at the permissible overpressure for gauge pressure or absolute transmitters
- Calibration with manufacturing equipmentMiscellaneous (depending on model) Drain 1/4 "NPT

Low torque and smooth operation of the valve handle, even at high pressure
Enhanced safety thanks to anti-ejection design of the valve bonnet
Valve seat leak-tested to BS6755 / ISO 5208 leak rate A

Description
Two-valves manifolds are supplied with an isolation and bleed valve as standard. The isolation valve serves to separate the measuring system, such as pressure gauges, contacts or transmitters, from the process in progress. By closing this valve, the instrument can be safely removed for recalibration or replacement. In addition, the purge valve allows the instrument to be depressurized by connecting it to the atmosphere before dismantling, or to adjust the zero point.
The use of a fixed-tip stem, which does not rotate, minimizes wear on sealing components, prolonging their service life, especially when opening and closing cycles are frequent. Finally, the valve's anti-ejection design enhances operational safety, particularly in demanding environments.
FCX-AIV series gauge and absolute pressure transmitters transmitters can be fitted with a 2-way manifold, depending on the application and transmitter type.
Manifolds can be supplied mounted on transmitters or separately. If the manifold is mounted on the transmitter, the leak test and calibration operation are carried out on the whole assembly.
