Description

The product features a bubble-tight shut-off at full pressure rating in both directions, ensuring reliable performance and safety in various applications. Its design incorporates a one-piece, specially profiled, wafer-thin disc stem, optimizing functionality while maintaining minimal resistance to flow. The extended body neck provides easy access to the actuator, even when pipe insulation is fitted, simplifying installation and maintenance.

With a focus on efficiency and durability, only the seat and disc are in contact with the medium, minimizing wear on other components. The product's face-to-face dimensions are compliant with ISO 3202 Part 3, K1 (ISO 5752 series 20) and DIN EN 558-1, series 20, ensuring compatibility with industry-standard specifications. The F320 wafer version includes four flange-locating holes, allowing end-of-line service under specific conditions, enhancing flexibility and operational capacity.

For actuation, the product offers standard options based on valve size. DN 50-200 valves come equipped with a handle (F414), while DN 250-300 valves feature gear operators (F455), ensuring ease of use and control. Additionally, the F322 lugged version is designed for bi-directional end-of-line service, offering enhanced functionality and versatility.

This product is compatible with pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuation, making it adaptable to a wide range of operational environments and applications, further enhancing its suitability for demanding industrial conditions.
